Our Mission : Passing on Christ’s Love · Walking Together in Faith
We are dedicated to fostering faith formation and embracing the mission of transmitting and living out our Catholic faith.
Catechesis seeks to lead children and youth into a living encounter with Jesus Christ, to root them in His Word and Sacraments, and to form them in the life of the Church. Accompanying them from faith’s first stirrings to its full maturity, we help them grow as disciples and witnesses, becoming what Christ calls them to be: “the salt of the earth and the light of the world.”
“Let the children come to me, and do not prevent them, for the kingdom of god belongs to such as these.” — Mark 10:14

No theological degree is required—only a heart open to God’s grace and a willingness to accompany the young in their journey of faith. Catechists are not merely “teachers” but ” true companions on the pilgrimage of faith.

愿我们重视信仰培育，肩负起传承并活出信仰的使命
儿童与青少年要理教育的基本核心，在于引导他们与耶稣基督建立一份密切的关系，并帮助他们逐步融入教会的生活和使命。我们陪伴下一代从初步的信仰启蒙，走向成熟的门徒使命，成为教会充满活力的未来和”世界中的盐和光”。
“让小孩子到我这里来，不要阻止他们，因为天国正属于这样的人。”

儿童教理（小学阶段）
• 信仰启蒙：讲述《圣经》故事及圣人事迹，认识天主的爱与救恩计划。
• 培育道德意识：以十诫和耶稣的教导为基础，学习分辨善恶。
• 准备初领圣体圣事：帮助儿童理解圣体圣事，怀着敬畏与期待，迎接耶稣圣体。
• 建立祈祷生活：教导基本的祈祷文（如天主经、圣母经），学习向天主祈求、感恩和交托。
• 体验团体生活：在主日学中体验教会的温暖，学习与小朋友和睦共处、彼此共融。
青少年教理（中学阶段）
• 巩固信仰身份：帮助青少年思考“信仰与我的人生有何关系？”
• 准备坚振圣事：深入理解圣神的恩赐，回应天主的召叫及勇敢为信仰作证。
• 面对现实挑战：以信仰提供属灵的指引与支持应对学业、人际、情绪与媒体压力。
• 深化灵修生活：透过读经、默想、朝拜圣体，活出信仰。
• 发现使命与服务：辨识神恩和天赋，在教会服务，从而找到自己在教会内的位置与使命。
• 建立信仰友谊：让他们在寻找自我探索的旅程中，有同行者和导师的支持。
