NBVM/SCIC Youths Growing Together in Christ

During the last two days, 29–30 May, the NBVM/SCIC youth leaders-Jayden, Brian, Santiago, Aaron, Gregory, and Raymand – participated in a Youth Spiritual and Fellowship Camp held at SCIC. The camp was facilitated by Parish Priest Fr. Dominic, Missionary Ministry Leader Valentine, and Acolyte William, centered on the theme “Growing Together in Christ.”

Over the two days, participants engaged in prayer sessions, spiritual talks, group discussions, and fellowship activities aimed at deepening their understanding of the Catholic faith, strengthening their relationships with one another, and encouraging active participation in the life of the Church. The camp also sought to inspire the young leaders to live out Christian values in their daily lives and serve as positive role models within their communities.

Reflecting on the experience, youth leader Jayden shared, “This camp has helped us grow spiritually closer to God, enabling us to better lead the youth in our church with faith, confidence, and guidance.”

The camp provided a meaningful opportunity for the youth leaders to renew their commitment to their faith while fostering unity, leadership, and a spirit of service among the participants. (by Jayden Clifford)
