30th Anniversary of Tamil CCR

The Tamil CCR celebrated their 30^th Anniversary on the 20^th of November 2018 at the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The thanksgiving mass was concelebrated by Rev Fr. Francis Xavier with Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Dominic Santhiyagu. It was a memorable event having Rev. Fr. Francis Xavier presiding the mass because he founded the Tamil CCR in 1988 during his tenure at NBVM as a Parish Priest. The mass was attended by other Tamil CCR members at deanery level.

Homily

In his homily Rev. Fr. Dom explained that the CCR is like a sycamore tree that Zacchaeus climbed to seek Jesus. Every ministry is an avenue to connect us to Jesus. Like Zacchaeus, our lives can change when we catch a glimpse of Jesus. All we need to do is seek Jesus.
