Trinity- the Answer for Happiness and Meaning of Heaven

The Trinity is all about love. The three persons in one signifies a union bound by love.

Archbishop Fulton Sheen explains that the love of the father and the son is so infinite that their love ‘expresses itself in nothing less than a person, who is Love’. He further adds that love at this stage has no words but rather a ‘sigh’ or a ‘breath’ that is called the Holy Spirit. The mystery of the trinity is the mystery of the inner life of God.

He explains that the Trinity offers answers to the quest for happiness and the meaning of heaven. He says that heaven is not a place but rather the fullness of joy and love that we experience when we are one with the Father, Son and Spirit. It is then our lives are imbued with love and we experience heaven. – SR

Heaven is not a place where there is the mere vocal repetition of alleluias or the monotonous fingering of harps. Heaven is a place where we find the fullness of all the fine things we enjoy on this earth. Heaven is a place where we find, in their plenitude, those things which slake the thirst of hearts, satisfy the hunger of starving minds, and give rest to unrequited love.  Heaven is the communion with perfect Life, perfect Truth, and perfect Love, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost.”  Archbishop Fulton Sheen https://www.catholicculture.org/culture/library/view.cfm?id=3782
