Getting to Know Your Smartphone

The Getting to Know Your Smartphone Applications session was held on Saturday, 1st February at NBVM. It was aimed at helping those who needed assistance in familiarizing themselves with the many digital applications available these days. Among the topics covered were installation of Touch ‘n Go e-wallet and Grab, reloading money on these platforms, claiming the e-Tunai Rakyat, and making bookings using the Grab app. The newly initiated Penang Smart Parking system was also briefly touched on. The participants found the session immensely helpful and appreciated the hands-on approach that was taken. We thank the presenters, Florence Johnson and Joel Anthony for their time and dedication.
