LOVE……….
The theme for the 4th week of Advent is Love and Fr. Louis in his homily explained that ‘God loves us so much that he came to be with us”. He said that in Gospel of Matthew, we see Joseph a faithful man and obedient to the will of God.
He said Christmas can be a difficult time for those having troubles. “Let us not forget God loves us so much” ;all we have to do is come and give him all our brokenness and our emotional baggages. All we have to do this Christmas is ask God to heal us. Every Eucharist is a celebration of God’s love. He is present in the body and blood and is just waiting to heal us.
Fr. Louis added that sometimes we do not know why people do wrong things but we have to see people with God’s eyes – with love and compassion and not condemnation.
